The following applies to the further use of contributions from DAS|DAGA 2025 Proceedings: As no explicit publishing agreement has been concluded between the author and the publisher of the conference proceedings (DEGA e.V.), DEGA acquires an exclusive right of use for reproduction and distribution for a period of one year after publication in accordance with Section 38 UrhG. After this year, DEGA only has a non-exclusive right of use.
